The company is looking for an entry-level, highly motivated individual to support marketing, customer communication, and business development efforts.

Position Overview:

This Marketing & Business Development Apprentice role is designed for someone eager to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities in marketing, business development, and AI-driven automation. No prior experience is required, just a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to experiment, research, and problem-solve.

The first 3-6 months will focus on:

• Researching and implementing AI tools to automate processes.
• Responding to inbound emails and engaging with clients.
• Supporting business development initiatives such as outreach and partnerships.
• Assisting with marketing and promotions (ideas, content creation, and execution).
• Setting up systems and workflows to improve efficiency.
• After six months, the role will evolve based on the candidates strengths and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and implement AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Handle email communication and client interactions professionally.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, content, and promotional initiatives.
• Support business development through outreach and follow-ups.
• Identify and test automation strategies for repetitive tasks.
• Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the companys operations.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Highly coachable with a hunger to learn and grow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality.
• Comfortable with research, experimentation, and trying new tools.
• Basic familiarity with AI and automation tools (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Knowledge of another European language (French, Italian, German, or Spanish).
• Passion for craft industries (craft beer, coffee, natural wines, artisanal foods, etc.).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar productivity tools.
