Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The successful candidate will bring expertise in data-driven strategies and a proven ability to deliver a strong return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and ad copy to achieve client objectives.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Utilize tools like What Converts to track and evaluate campaign performance.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the home services industry.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools beyond What Converts (e.g., Google Analytics).
