Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and enhance our brand’s online presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies, ensuring our brand maintains a strong and cohesive presence across all digital platforms.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through targeted digital campaigns, advanced analytics, and effective use of digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Digital Marketing Management: Develop and implement holistic digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Paid Advertising Campaigns: Design and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with business objectives.
Social Media Management: Oversee content creation, scheduling, and engagement across all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
SEO & SEM Optimization: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, manage metadata, and optimize website architecture for better search rankings.
Content Strategy & Creation: Lead the development of engaging and SEO-friendly content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools to track digital performance, analyze KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets, optimizing spending based on campaign performance and strategic priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
Innovation & Trend Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing management, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and digital advertising principles, with experience using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and advanced analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, and content design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data insights into strategic actions.
Creative vision with the ability to lead content strategies and produce engaging digital assets.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to Haves
Experience in content marketing, branding, and e-commerce.
Familiarity with advanced digital marketing trends, such as interactive content, gamified ads, and AI-driven marketing tools.
Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance tracking methodologies.
Proficiency in creating and managing landing pages, backlinks, and SEO reporting tools.
