About the Company:
Sagan represents a growing franchise organization that requires a detail-oriented professional to manage and review territory availability checks for new franchise locations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining an organized and efficient territory allocation process.
Position Overview:
The Franchise Territory Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and responding to franchise territory availability requests, ensuring data accuracy, and updating internal tracking systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and comfort in working with mapping tools and spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and respond to franchise territory availability checks.
- Use mapping tools (e.g., Business Map Online) to verify and update territory boundaries.
- Maintain and update internal tracking spreadsheets.
- Communicate with internal teams about territory availability and conflicts.
- Ensure records are well-organized and documented.
- Identify trends or issues related to territory allocation.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in coordination, administrative, or operations support roles.
- Experience with territory management, franchise operations, or real estate mapping.
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Spreadsheets, and Business Map Online (training provided).
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests.
- Comfort working with maps, online tools, or geographic data (training available).
- Good written English and very strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in customer service or high-volume request processing.
- Familiarity with Business Map Online or similar mapping tools.
- Highly responsive and detail-oriented.
