Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Investment Operations Analyst to support our investor relations and investment operations. The role is pivotal in structuring investor communications, managing the deal pipeline, and maintaining accurate CRM records to enable operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Communication Support: Prepare and organize correspondence, such as investor updates, meeting summaries, and follow-ups.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and monitor deals, ensuring timely updates and visibility across pipeline stages.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, including contact records, investment details, and communication logs.
  • Administrative Coordination: Schedule investor and deal-related meetings, prepare materials, and manage calendars for seamless engagement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on pipeline metrics, CRM activity, and investor engagement for internal use.


Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related fields.
  • 13 years of experience in administrative, operational, or investment support roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Attio preferred but training provided).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting US-based teams in finance or private equity.
  • Familiarity with investment operations or pipeline tracking.
  • Understanding of fundraising processes and basic knowledge of private equity.
