Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer and Webflow Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual designs for both digital and print media, while also handling website design and development using Webflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, experience with various design tools, and hands-on knowledge of Webflow.


Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Create graphics for social media, business cards, T-shirt designs, and branded content.
  • Design and maintain templates in Canva for YouTube thumbnails, customer quotes, and other visuals.
  • Develop visual assets for print ads, direct mailers, and marketing materials.
  • Assist with product shots, 3D renderings, and software mockups.
  • Support video editing for marketing demos.

Webflow Development:

  • Design, build, and update websites and landing pages in Webflow.
  • Optimize web pages for performance and SEO.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to implement new features.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow for web design and development.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and web optimization.
  • Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience growing social media accounts and online presence.
  • Experience creating general marketing plans to drive enrollment/revenue.
  • Leadership experience in directing marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to produce content tailored to specific markets.
