Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing financial operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, overseeing key accounting processes, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to upholding company values of continuous improvement and proactive excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and file sales and excise tax reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Identify 1099 vendors, collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation, and handle annual filings.
  • Retrieve and organize bank statements and client files, ensuring compliance with naming conventions and organization standards.
  • Assist with invoicing, bill payment, and custom client financial processes.
  • Manage the monthly financial closing process for assigned clients, ensuring completeness and accuracy.


Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
  • Experience with multi-client or outsourced accounting services.
  • Familiarity with AP management platforms such as Bill.com.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with US clients and handling payroll or tax compliance.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement efficient accounting processes.
  • Background in managing client relationships and delivering excellent service.
