Job Title: Sales Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1000 USD, (Base salary + bonus + commission)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), with light Friday PM duties; weekend availability required on a rotational basis.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing and scheduling appointments for our home exterior sales specialists. This role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring a seamless and professional scheduling experience while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls professionally, schedule appointments using scripts and processes, and conduct outreach via phone, email, and text.
- CRM Management: Maintain organization and accuracy of customer information in the CRM system.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with special projects and other administrative duties assigned by the management team.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads from various sources to maximize appointment conversions.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment on appointments and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and team player mentality.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience setting appointments or adhering to a sales pitch/script.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Flexibility to cover weekends and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
