Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service representative. The successful candidate will provide critical support by answering phone calls, managing customer information in the CRM, scheduling calls for service technicians, and handling data entry tasks. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and take accurate information into the CRM.
  • Route calls to field technicians when specialized support is needed.
  • Schedule appointments for service technicians and coordinate with the operations team.
  • Conduct data entry from scanned forms into the CRM.
  • Maintain spreadsheets with operational data and track service requests.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Google Calendar.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service role in the plumbing or trades industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools.
