Position Overview:

The Chief of Staff is designed for a strategic thinker who loves systems, operations, and making things happen. Youll act as a right-hand partner to the CEO, ensuring follow-through on key projects, coordinating internal operations, and helping scale the business as it grows through multiple acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the CEO's strategic right hand, ensuring execution of key priorities.
  • Facilitate EOS implementation, project management, and follow-through.
  • Manage contracts, legal documents, and financial reports -- summarizing key takeaways.
  • Build and optimize internal processes, SOPs, and knowledge systems.
  • Oversee special projects related to M&A, operations, and leadership.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Potential to build and lead an internal team over time.


Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in executive support, consulting, finance, or operations.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills -- able to bring order to chaos.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in software, technical, and AI tools, with eagerness to quickly learn new platforms (e.g. Google Suite, Slack, AI tools).
  • Ability to execute independently while staying aligned with leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or M&A environments is a plus.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Notion.
  • Background in consulting, investment banking, or engineering.
  • Experience leading teams or managing knowledge systems.
