Sagan represents a company specializing in operations and lead generation for land investors. They provide a done-for-you system that streamlines data acquisition, lead qualification, CRM management, and scaling systems to help investors focus on negotiating deals and generating profits.
Position Overview:
The Sales & Operations Data Analyst will track key business metrics, optimize lead funnels, and implement automation to improve efficiency. This role is ideal for a data-driven problem solver with strong skills in dashboard building, workflow automation, and business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain sales and operational KPI dashboards.
- Automate workflows using Zapier and optimize CRM processes.
- Identify inefficiencies in lead conversion and sales performance.
- Measure and analyze cost per lead, time-to-contact, and other key metrics.
- Actively collaborate in Slack during business hours.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills (formulas, automation, data analysis).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Zapier for workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and revenue tracking.
- Self-starter with a builder mentality, able to create solutions independently.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar systems.
- Familiarity with Airtable and Notion for workflow documentation.
- Basic understanding of workflow automation concepts.
- Not required but can be taught: Cold calling software, specialized lead tracking systems, proprietary dashboard tools.
