Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be on the front lines of outreach: generating leads through outbound calls, SMS, and email campaigns. You'll work closely with the Call Center Manager to fill appointment slots, follow up on service estimates, and promote membership plans. This is a high-impact, communication-driven role that requires energy, consistency, and the ability to connect authentically with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (90%), SMS, and email outreach to generate business leads.
- Follow up on service estimates to promote business growth and drive conversions.
- Promote and sell membership plans such as Protection Plus and Service Partner Plans.
- Deliver pre-set scripts with clarity and authenticity, adapting when needed.
- Build rapport with customers and represent the brand with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and SDR tracking systems.
Qualifications:
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, with proven outbound calling results.
- 2+ years of remote work experience in a sales or call center environment.
- Cold calling and SMS campaign experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
- Excellent time management and follow-through.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with CRM tools such as Hatch, GlassHouse, or ServiceTitan.
- Background in-home services or appointment-setting environments.
- Familiarity with U.S. customer communication preferences.
