Overview

We are seeking an experienced Geriatrician to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate may choose to work at either our Uniontown or Greensburg location, or cover both. Extensive expertise in managing chronic conditions in the elderly is required.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments

- Manage chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and arthritis

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

- Administer and oversee medication management

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records

Qualifications

- Board-certified in Geriatric Medicine

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in geriatric care

- Strong expertise in managing chronic conditions
