Project Manager III (IT / AR Projects)

Summary

Safebox LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Project Manager III) to lead the delivery of Augmented Reality (AR) and video-based projects from ideation through execution. This role works closely with studio leadership, account teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, client-facing experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple complex creative and technical projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of AR projects through effective project management and production guidance
• Own all aspects of assigned projects, including:
• Leading status meetings
• Developing and managing timelines
• Tracking deliverables and approvals
• Ensuring projects progress smoothly end-to-end
• Manage key client communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery
• Ensure delivery of complete project packages, including AR experiences, marketing materials, presentations, and video assets
• Proactively identify and resolve creative, technical, and logistical challenges
• Collaborate with senior leadership to manage designer workloads and project priorities
• Maintain high standards of quality, organization, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, production, or delivery roles, managing complex projects from ideation through execution
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong background working on creative, digital, or technology-driven projects, including client-facing deliverables
• Demonstrated experience overseeing full project lifecycles, including:Timeline development and managementDeliverable tracking and approvals, status reporting and stakeholder coordination
• Experience delivering projects involving Augmented Reality (AR), video, immersive media, or digital production
• Excellent client management and communication skills, with experience delivering high-touch / white-glove service
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve creative, technical, and logistical challenges
• Comfortable collaborating closely with creative teams, designers, producers, and senior leadership
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
