Data Scientist

Experience Level: Senior, Roughly 4 years experience

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team in Tysons, VA. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics and programming to support our technical targeting efforts and generate valuable insights from complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize ECL and HPCC for data analysis and reporting.
• Apply advanced analytic techniques and tools to provide technical targeting analytic support.
• Manipulate and analyze high-volume structured and unstructured data to create comprehensive reports and products.
• Use programming languages such as Python, R, Pig, Java, C, and SQL for large-scale parallel data processing.
• Develop, validate, and implement methodologies to meet analytic requirements in clustered computing environments.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with ECL and HPCC.
• Proven track record of manipulating and analyzing high-volume data sets.
• Strong experience with large-scale parallel processing of data.
• Educational or practical background in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field.

Desired Skills and Tools:

• Familiarity with clustered computing and parallel processing methodologies.

Proficiency in programming languages relevant to data analysis and processing.
