Salary: Negotiable Base Salary + Bonus (all negotiable based on experience and fit)

Location: Penarth (CF64) + excellent public transport accessibility

Working Location: Office + Client Site (South Wales)

Our client is a well-established telecommunications SME based in Penarth, South Wales, with a loyal and growing client base. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are now launching a new portfolio of IT managed services. With strong foundations in place and some quick wins planned, they are seeking a motivated and technically skilled individual to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern IT infrastructure solutions.

About the Role

This is a hands-on technical delivery role. As the IT Infrastructure and Services Lead, you will take ownership of service design, implementation, and client success. You'll work closely with existing clients to scope and deliver tailored IT solutions.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Engaging in scoping out client requirements and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Delivering and managing the implementation of services such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure, Cyber Security.
  • Providing expert guidance throughout the lifecycle of projects, from initial engagement to final delivery.
  • Leading technical reviews with clients, ensuring that all solutions meet their needs.
  • Collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Experience

  • A technical background in cloud services and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in OR, a desire to become involved in client-side, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service while driving innovation
