If yes, our clients Level 3 Nursery Practitioner vacancy is the one for you! Candidates must have a full Level 3 Childcare qualification to be considered for this role. We have other vacancies available that only require a Level 2 Childcare qualification, feel free to check these out if you feel they are more suited to you.

This position is available for both full-time or part-time, on a permanent basis. As a Practitioner, you will be responsible for the care, growth and development of each child in your room, as well as your key children.

Your responsibilities will include:

• To work in partnership with parents and carers
• Assist in ensuring the nursery provides a safe, happy and stimulating environment
• To observe, plan and evaluate children's development
• Maintain accurate and effective children's records
• Providing support to other nursery staff members
• Adhering to the nurseries policies and procedures
• Ensure that the nutritional needs of the children are met
• Ensure Food Safety Regulations are complied with
• Creating an environment that meets the needs of the children by considering their cultural and medical needs
• Undertake a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness throughout the nursery

Requirements of this Role:

• Level 3 in Childcare or above
• Minimum of 6 months previous Childcare experience
• Experience and passion for Early Years
• Knowledge and understanding of EYFS
