We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who has a great opportunity available for a passionate and hard-working Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team, on a full-time, permanent basis. A full Level 3 in Childcare is essential to be considered for this role and the successful candidate must have the ambition and vision for a long-term career within the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• To prioritise the safeguarding of all children
• To promote a fun, high quality environment for all children
• Ensuring the Welfare and Learning development requirements of all children are met at all times
• To confidently and respectfully work in partnership with parents and carers
• Undertake a shared responsibility for the health and safety of the nursery
• Adhere to all policies and procedures
• Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures
• Delivery of exciting and age appropriate activities
• To confidently carry out planning, observations and next steps for your key group
• To fully comply with their Confidentiality policy
• To fully understand and promote the companies Ethos and Core Values
• To be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted
• To use initiative at all times

Requirements of this Role:

• Level 3 in Childcare or above
• Previous Childcare experience
