We have partnered with a large nursery who are currently recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader. For this role, candidates must hold a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare and have a minimum of 2 years previous Childcare experience. The setting cares for children from 3 months up to 5 years and is open from 8:00am - 6:00pm, the successful candidate will be working a 40 hour week, Monday - Friday. This is a full-time, permanent role and would suit someone who is eager to step into a management position and lead a small team.

They have recently been inspected by Ofsted, in which they achieved an overall grade 'Good'.

Your responsibilities as a Nursery Room Leader will include:

• To be responsible for managing the staff in your room
• Provide feedback reports to parents/carers about their child's day
• Ensuring your room is consistently running to the highest standard
• Plan child-led activities

Requirements of this Nursery Room Leader Role:

• Level 3 in Childcare or above
• Minimum of 2 years previous Childcare experience
• Ability to provide effective and supportive management to your team
