We are pleased to be working with a growing nursery who are currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Room Leader to join their Manchester setting. If you have a Full Level 3 in Childcare and are looking for an exciting new role within a growing nursery, this is the job for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

• To work as a room leader and to implement the nursery curriculum
• Provide high standards of quality within the nursery
• Lead planning and maintain accurate and effective children's records
• Promote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers
• Support the development of good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion
• Work with the Childcare and Education team to continuously improve the quality of childcare and education
• Ensure that children are kept safe and that staff understand and when necessary follow Safeguarding Procedures
• Remain knowledgeable of current developments in childcare and education policy and practice

Requirements of this Role:

• Level 3 in Childcare or above
• Minimum of 1 year previous Childcare experience
• Have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
• Extensive knowledge of Safeguarding
