Salary: From £18,000.00 per year

Our client is a nursery located in Romford and they are currently recruiting for two Nursery Practitioners to join for an ASAP start date.

Although a minimum of Level 2 in Childcare is preferable, our client will also be happy to consider unqualified candidates, who will likely go on to upskill. A minimum of 6 months previous Childcare experience and a clear DBS is essential to be considered for this role.

The successful candidate will be working either 8:00am - 6:00pm, 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm shifts on a weekly basis. You will be based in either the Baby or Pre-school rooms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and carry out activities in line with the EYFS
• To keep records of your key children's development and learning
• To ensure the provision of a high quality setting
• To implement and promote all policies and procedures
• To have an understanding of children's development
• To demonstrate a genuine care for children
• To ensure the safety of the children at all times
• To provide a warm and caring environment at all times
• To ensure positive management of children's behaviour
