Our client is a day nursery who are currently recruiting for a Housekeeper / Cleaner to start as soon as possible. As the Housekeeper / Cleaner of a day nursery, you will be responsible for cleaning the setting at the end of each day. Any safety hazards or Health & Safety concerns must be reported to the Nursery Manager as soon as possible. You will vacuum, sweep, empty the bins, dust shelves, clean windows, and mop the floors.

You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the day nursery and ensuring the setting is clean and tidy for the next days work. If you have previous experience as a Cleaner, this could be the ideal next job role for you. Keep reading and apply today if interested!

Your responsibilities as a Housekeeper / Cleaner will include:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping and dusting
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected accordingly
• Notify the Nursery Manager of any damages, safety hazards or Health & Safety concerns
• Ensure the setting is clean and tidy for the next days work

Requirements of this Housekeeper / Cleaner Role:

• Minimum 1 year previous experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper (or related role)
• Ability to work with little supervision
