About The Client:

Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Nursery Practitioner to join their team in their brand-new setting in Ruislip scheduled to open in May 2023. If you have a Level 3 or above in Childcare and have previous experience, this is a great opportunity to join a brand-new, modern nursery dedicated to providing the highest quality care and education to the children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a team to ensure the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently
• Caring for all children and ensuring their personal and hygiene needs are met daily
• Creating an environment suitable for the age and stage of the children
• Ensuring the children are happy, settled and content
• Observing, assessing and planning for the children's individual needs
• Keeping up to date and informed of legislation in relation to early education
• Ensure that all paperwork is in keeping with the EYFS and Ofsted Requirements
• Becoming familiarised with the nursery's policies and procedures
• Forming professional and friendly partnerships with parents
• Forming secure relationships with the children
• Supporting the Room Leader and Deputy Room Leader in the classroom

Requirements for this Role:

• Minimum of Level 3
• Previous experience of working in a nursery setting
• Extensive knowledge of the current EYFS
• To be passionate and motivated
• Ability to work well within a team and be able to adapt to a fun and inspiring way of working
