About The Client
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are seeking to recruit multiple candidates for multiple positions. This vacancy is for a Nursery Deputy Manager based in Loughborough. For anyone currently in a Management position with at least 3 years in the position and is looking for a new challenge, look no further than this amazing and rare open vacancy!

With friendly and supportive staff with years of combined experience in Childcare, you will be joining a role where settling in and developing professionally will be a smooth and easy transition!
Key Responsibilities
- In the absence of the nursery manager take ownership and management of the nursery
- To ensure the highest standards of early years care and education across the setting
- To meet the highest standards and expectations set by OFSTED and other external agencies
- To hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification in childcare
- To be a designated safeguarding lead for the setting with safeguarding experience preferable
- Have a love for learning and CPD
- Embed a culture of self reflection
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and be part of the management team to review and reflect on these making changes where necessary
- To work alongside owners to create a great place to work
Requirements for this Role:
- Level 3 or above in Childcare
- Be happy to potentially commute by public transport
- Have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a Nursery Management position
- Have sound knowledge on key Childcare topics such as Safeguarding, EYFS, Health & Safety etc
