About the Client:

Our client based in Stratford is currently looking to recruit a Nursery Practitioner with a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare. The role is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday.

Our client is a well-known and established nursery that are dedicated to ensuring their staff feel valued and rewarded for their hard work and loyalty. The successful candidate will be joining a setting in which you will feel welcomed from day one by a friendly, supportive and experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• To work as part of a team
• To be a keyworker to a group of children
• Understand the EYFS
• Record all observations
• Conduct and carry out individual planning
• Provide verbal feedback to parents at the end of the day
• Raise any concerns regarding a child's health or welfare immediately
• Promote and support the safeguarding of children
• Report all accidents and incidents
• Communicate effectively
• To maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements of this Role:

• Minimum of Level 3 in Childcare
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in Childcare
