We are proud to have partnered with our client in Ware who are currently recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader. This role is for an ASAP start date and candidates must have a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare to be considered for this role.

They achieved an overall grade 'Good' during their latest Ofsted inspection and received the following feedback:

• "Staff are positive role models to children"
• "The enthusiastic manager completes regular supervision meetings with staff"

The nursery has children up to 5 years and they are open 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. They are an award winning nursery which was recently refurbished and re-equipped. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £10.64 - £11.50 per hour, dependant on experience and qualifications.

The successful Nursery Room Leader will receive the following benefits:

Your responsibilities as a Nursery Room Leader will include:

• Plan, prepare and participate in a range of activities in line with the EYFS
• To be responsible for the running of your room
• Work alongside the Manager and staff team
• Be a key worker for a group of children
• Work closely with the Manager and other Room Readers
• Provide effective management to your team
• To work in partnership with parents and carers
• To be responsible to safeguard and support the children's wellbeing
• To support the team members

Requirements of this Nursery Room Leader Role:

• Minimum of Level 3 in Childcare
• Minimum of 2 years previous Childcare experience
