Our client is currently recruiting for two Level 3 Nursery Practitioner's with a minimum of 1 year previous experience in Childcare. If you have previous experience in the industry and a full Level 3 in Childcare and currently looking for a new challenge and opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you!

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an active role in the education, care and development of each child in your room and your key children. The successful candidate must ensure that the room is kept clean and tidy and is operating in a fashion that is acceptable for an Ofsted inspection. You will be based in either the Baby or Toddler Room.

The nursery is open from 8:00am - 6:00pm. This is a full-time role, with a maximum of 41 hours per week. There is the potential for part-time hours (minimum 33 hours per week) and term-time only roles however full-time, all year round is strongly desired, if possible. The nursery pride themselves on the level of care and education they provide to the children on a daily basis. A big achievement for them is that they do not have any marketing campaigns apart from a website - all new families are from word-of-mouth and recommendations from existing families.

The setting has been established for just under 20 years and is a family run setting where they put the children first. They provide the children with a 'home from home' experience.

They have three settings, each highly rated by Ofsted. The settings are fully equipped with naturally lit playrooms, a wide range of resources and extensive outdoor areas.

Your responsibilities as a Nursery Practitioner will include:

• To implement the daily routine
• To Implement and follow the EYFS
• To have Key Person responsibility
• To maintain the Health & Safety of the setting
• Support all staff
• Liaise with parents and other family members
• To respect the confidentiality of information received

Requirements of this Nursery Practitioner Role:

• Level 3 in Childcare or above
• Minimum 1 year previous Childcare experience
• A passion and commitment for a long-term career in Childcare
