Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

We have partnered with a nursery in Upminster to recruit for a Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner for their Under 2's room to start as soon as possible. Candidates for this role must hold a minimum of Level 2 in Early Years as well as a minimum of 1 year previous experience in Childcare. Level 3 or above in Early Years is desirable however not required.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring you follow all policies and procedures, build and maintain working relationships with parents/carers, complete regular observations on children's development, plan and prepare child-led activities and work continually to ensure the room is run to the standards of Ofsted.

During their latest Ofsted inspection, they received an overall grade 'Good' across all areas and are continually working to maintain this rating and improve to 'Outstanding' during their next inspection. They received compliments in their Ofsted report regarding the strong provision of leadership as well as the care and education given to the children by the staff on a daily basis.
