Up to £19,750 a year - Full-time, Permanent

Our client is a nursery located in Chesham and they have the opportunity for 2 unqualified or Level 2 qualified Practitioners to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate without a Childcare qualification (although Level 2 or above is preferred) however with some experience in Childcare to join an established and growing nursery with the opportunity for further development and training.

Your responsibilities will include:

• To deliver the highest levels of care and education to all children
• To work as part of a team
• To maintain positive relationships with all parents/carers
• To plan activities
• To supervise all children
• To complete observations
• To follow the nurseries policies & procedures at all times
• To notify the Designated Safeguarding Lead of any safeguarding concerns
• Any other appropriate duties to the position as directed from time to time by the Manager

Requirements of this Role:

• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in Childcare
• Eagerness for a career in Childcare
• Willing to learn and develop within the role
