We are proud to have partnered with our client in Gloucester who are currently recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader. This role is for an ASAP start date and candidates must have a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare to be considered for this role.

They achieved an overall grade 'Good' during their latest Ofsted inspection and received the following feedback:

• "The management team has a strong vision for the nursery"
• "Leaders and staff have a very good knowledge of safeguarding"

The nursery has children up to 5 years and they are open Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £25,131 per annum, dependant on experience and qualifications.

The successful Nursery Room Leader will receive the following benefits:

Your responsibilities as a Nursery Room Leader will include:

• Plan, prepare and participate in a range of activities in line with the EYFS
• Work alongside the Manager and staff team
• Be a key worker for a group of children
• To work in partnership with parents and carers
• To support the team members

Requirements of this Nursery Room Leader Role:

• Minimum of Level 3 in Childcare
• Minimum of 2 years previous Childcare experience
