Our client is currently looking to recruit an Assistant Room Leader for the Toddler room. This position is for an ASAP start. Candidates for this role must hold a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years as well as a minimum of 3 years previous experience in Childcare.

They are an OFSTED registered company and achieved an overall grade 'Outstanding'. Not only that, they are also an award winning employer!

Key Responsibilities

• Have sound knowledge of the EYFS
• To provide support to the Room Leader to manage your room and staff based in your room, ensuring the highest possible standards
• To be aware of all policies and procedures
• To plan and organise activities in line with the EYFS
• Supporting your key children's growth and development
• To work closely with parents/carers to keep them updated on their children's progress
• To provide effective management of the Toddler room
