We are proud to be representing our client who is opening a brand-new nursery in Ruislip, on schedule to open it's doors in May 2023. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to begin employment in a brand-new nursery from day one, therefore having the ability to watch the setting grow and develop, and you being a part of it's development!

The new nursery is set in a barn which has been newly renovated and very conveniently located, being under a 10 minute walk from a local train station and near to a high street.

Key Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team
• Caring for all children
• Ensuring the children are happy, settled and content
• Observing, assessing, and planning for the children's individual needs
• Ensuring the children development is continuously monitored and create opportunities for children to progress
• Keeping up to date and informed of legislation in relation to early education
• Becoming familiarised with the nurseries policies and procedures
• Leading a team, encouraging and raising practice daily
• Delegating tasks to your team to ensure the smooth running of the room
• Sharing creative ideas and willingly involving your team in decision making
• Forming professional and friendly partnerships with parents
• Forming secure relationships with the children
