We have partnered with a nursery who received 'Outstanding' at their latest Ofsted inspection and they are now recruiting for three Nursery Practitioners. The setting opened in 2011 and has a capacity for 85 children on a daily basis. They are soon entering into an exciting stage of growth in which they are planning to expand and offer an additional 24 spaces by the end of 2023, this will demand the need for more staff in the future, with the current total job openings at 3. This exciting expansion will make the new capacity to 109!

Our client have a different approach to running the setting - it is lead by the two Directors, however there is no Manager or Deputy Manager, they like to spread the responsibility of managing the setting across their staff team, giving experienced and qualified staff an opportunity to have a more hands-on approach and feel valued.

Our client achieved an overall grade 'Outstanding' during their latest Ofsted inspection. Some feedback from that report is as follows:

Our client is dedicated to providing the highest possible care and education to the children that attend on a daily basis. They are open from 7:30am - 6:30pm with the successful candidate working 40 hours per week.

Your responsibilities as a Nursery Practitioner will include:

• Safeguard all children
• Work closely with parents and carers
• Adhere to all policies and procedures
• Deliver engaging and age appropriate activities
• Carry out observations
• Plan and arrange child-led activities

Requirements of this Nursery Practitioner Role:

• Level 3 in Childcare or above
• Minimum of 6 months previous Childcare experience
