About The Client:

Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team for an ASAP start date. If you have a Level 3 or above in Childcare and have previous experience, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team who is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and education to the children in their care, as well as supporting their employees in any way they can.

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead and organise the day-to-day running of the base room
• Create a safe and stimulating environment where children thrive
• Organise and plan activities promoting children's individual development and interests
• To liaise with other professionals and parents and ensure high levels of communication
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of the service provided
• Manage a team where applicable
• Be an effective role model to children and the staff team at all times
• Ensure that all nursery policies and procedures are adhered to at all times

Requirements for this Role:

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in Childcare
• Qualified to Level 3 or above in Childcare
• Happy to potentially commute via public transport
