We are proud to have partnered with our client in Northampton who are currently recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader. This role is for an ASAP start date and candidates must have a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare to be considered for this role. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established and well-known childcare name where any required support and guidance will be offered if and when needed.

The nursery has children up to 5 years and they are open 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £26,104 per annum, dependant on experience and qualifications.

Your responsibilities as a Nursery Room Leader will include:

• Plan, prepare and participate in a range of activities in line with the EYFS
• Work alongside the Manager and staff team
• Action and monitor all child safeguarding issues
• Be a key worker for a group of children
• To work in partnership with parents and carers
• To support the team members
• To observe, plan and evaluate appropriately for children's development
• Maintain accurate and effective children's records

Requirements of this Nursery Room Leader Role:

• Minimum of Level 3 in Childcare
• Minimum of 2 years previous Childcare experience
• Have strong EYFS knowledge
• A passion to progress your career
