A great opportunity has arisen for a Level 2 or 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our client located in Luton. This position is offering a competitive basic salary and additional benefits, with an ASAP start date.

As a Practitioner, your main responsibility will be to provide the highest level of care and education to the children in your room, carry out observations, have key person responsibility and planning activities for the children's growth and development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• To work in partnership with parents and carers
• Assist in ensuring the nursery provides a safe, happy and stimulating environment
• To observe, plan and evaluate children's development
• Have key person responsibility
• Maintain accurate and effective children's records
• Carry out observations
• Ensure that the nutritional needs of the children are met
• Ensure Food Safety Regulations are complied with
• Provide the highest level of care and education
• Undertake a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness throughout the nursery

Requirements of this Role:

• Level 2 or 3 in Childcare
• Minimum of 6 months previous Childcare experience
