We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper/Butler to join our client in Switzerland. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing a large household and a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Educate and train staff members on proper housekeeping and butler duties

- Supervise and manage the household operations to ensure smooth running

- Create and maintain cleaning schedules for all areas of the house

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the house and its contents

- Manage inventory and stock levels for household supplies

- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

- Provide exceptional service to the family and guests, including serving meals and drinks

- Organise and oversee special events and functions held at the house

- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements:

- Must have previous experience as a Head Housekeeper/Butler in a large household

- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping and butler duties

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to train and educate staff members

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High level of professionalism and discretion

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
