Position: Personal Assistant

SA Signature Ltd. is a leading luxury lifestyle management company based in London. We provide bespoke services to high-net-worth individuals and families, offering unparalleled access to the finest experiences and services around the world.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team and provide support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in London, with a competitive salary of 60,000 - 65,000 GBP gross per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their schedules and appointments

- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation

- Arrange and manage reservations for restaurants, events, and other activities

- Handle personal and professional correspondence for clients

- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed

- Conduct research and gather information for client requests

- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

- Liaise with other team members and external partners on behalf of clients

- Ensure all client requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner

- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role

- Legal right to work in UK

- Driver's license

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality

- Knowledge of luxury lifestyle and travel industry is a plus
