ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive and organised Operational Assistant to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has a "get-things-done" attitude. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across finance, marketing, and property management.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

  • Regular updates of financial models to forecast revenue and monitor actual vs. planned performance.
  • Oversee pricing.
  • Maintain and monitor payment schedules, ensuring timely transactions.

Marketing

  • Manage end-to-end marketing processes, including hiring and evaluating freelancers or agencies.
  •  Handle advertising budgets to optimize ROI and improve sales funnels.
  • Act as the hands of the CEO to execute marketing strategies efficiently.

Quality Assurance and Process Oversight

  • Monitor and enhance internal processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Track and ensure high-quality output across all areas of responsibility.

Furniture Management

  • Source furniture suppliers, request and review samples, and coordinate orders.
  • Coordinate sample orders and showroom displays for client presentation.
  • Support delivery process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in finance, marketing, or property management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for budgeting, scheduling, and website management.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Based in or near London.
