About the Role

As a key player in our team, you will craft and execute innovative growth strategies. We are looking for a creative, data-driven strategist with a deep understanding of Web3 technologies to identify opportunities, develop impactful campaigns, and optimize retention efforts.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and execute growth strategies tailored to Web3.
• Create and manage an end-to-end growth marketing strategy, focusing on user acquisition and retention through data-driven campaigns.
• Support the execution of content, social media, and community-building initiatives while monitoring KPIs to continuously optimize campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to inform strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to align growth objectives.
• Organize and manage A/B testing and other experiments, conduct comprehensive market research, and optimize existing channels and programs to meet predefined goals.
• Identify opportunities to broaden brand reach, establish frameworks for tracking and reporting KPIs, and create campaigns aligned with client-specific OKRs.
• Assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Prioritize and implement creative growth ideas, conducting experiments for continuous improvement.
• Explore new channels and opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and acquisition growth.

We’re on the hunt for someone who has:

• 5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries.
• Proven success executing growth initiatives for diverse audiences and delivering results aligned with client OKRs.
• Strong expertise in blockchain ecosystems, decentralized applications and DAOs, with hands-on experience using Web3 growth and analytics tools.
• A solid understanding of performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and paid media strategies.
• Impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize resources and manage multiple clients or projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude, prioritizing tactics over strategy, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to strive for excellence.
• Passion for thriving in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• A willingness to learn and to roll up your sleeves.
