HR Intro Call (30 min)
In this initial conversation, we’ll discuss your background, skills, and mindset to assess your fit with our culture. It’s also a great opportunity for you to learn more about RZLT.
Questionnaire
You’ll answer a few role-related questions to showcase your approach, creativity, communication, and prioritization skills.
Department Interview (30 min)
A deeper discussion with a team member from the relevant department. We’ll go over the role, daily tasks, and key expectations to ensure a mutual fit.
Final Call with CEO (45–60 min)
The last step! You’ll meet with our CEO to discuss final details, your start date, future opportunities, and any questions you may have.
