We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Operations Program Manager to lead and optimize operational programs across our technology landscape. This role bridges technical execution and operational excellence, ensuring that systems, processes, and cross-functional initiatives run efficiently and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical operations programs from planning through execution and delivery
  • Oversee operational workflows, system performance, and process optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, DevOps, and business teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business goals
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
  • Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Establish and maintain operational standards, documentation, and best practices
  • Monitor system health, uptime, and performance metrics
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, IT operations, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems operations, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional technical and operational programs
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or ITIL frameworks
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
