We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Operations Program Manager to lead and optimize operational programs across our technology landscape. This role bridges technical execution and operational excellence, ensuring that systems, processes, and cross-functional initiatives run efficiently and scale effectively.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical knowledge, operational strategy, and program management expertise, with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical operations programs from planning through execution and delivery
- Oversee operational workflows, system performance, and process optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, DevOps, and business teams to ensure seamless operations
- Define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business goals
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
- Establish and maintain operational standards, documentation, and best practices
- Monitor system health, uptime, and performance metrics
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, IT operations, or related roles
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems operations, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical and operational programs
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or ITIL frameworks
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
