About the job HR Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support daily human resources operations in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment support, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and onboarding while ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies
Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Support performance management, training coordination, and HR reporting
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
Requirements
Must reside in the United States
Must have a valid U.S. work permit or work authorization
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in an HR or People Operations role
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus
