We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Office Clerk to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office workflow in a fully remote environment. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence, and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of virtual meetings
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
  • Support internal teams with administrative requests and operational tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information
  • Monitor and reorder office supplies (if applicable to remote operations)
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and remote work protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in the United States and possess a valid legal work permit
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role (remote experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
