*Job Summary*:

The Jr. Product Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive excellent support and help with our products. This entry-level position is suitable for someone who wants to apply their technical ability and problem-solving abilities in a customer-facing setting. You will collaborate closely with our senior support team to answer customer questions, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer happiness.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Respond quickly to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Diagnose and fix client complaints by properly understanding the product and its features.

- Enter and track client complaints, resolutions, and follow-up actions into the support system.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of product documentation and FAQs.

- Work with the product development team to provide feedback on consumer experiences and make product suggestions.

- Attend team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and support abilities.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with consumer concerns.

*Education and experience:
