We are seeking an experienced Remote Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring efforts while delivering a positive candidate experience in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer acceptance
Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Familiarity with ATS platforms and remote hiring practices
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Work Authorization Requirement:
Must reside in the United States
Must have valid U.S. work authorization or permit
