About the job Technical Program Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and business operations to ensure successful program delivery, alignment with strategic goals, and continuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional project management and leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Define program scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, data, and operations
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
- Drive execution through Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving blockers to ensure successful delivery
- Establish and improve program management processes, tools, and best practices
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality delivery of products, systems, and technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, technical project management, or similar roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data platforms
- Experience in scaling systems, infrastructure, or enterprise applications
