You’ll be the point person on-site, making sure every detail runs seamlessly and every guest feels well taken care of.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the event staff on-site, keeping service smooth and efficient

  • Oversee event setup, food & beverage stations, bussing areas, and clean-up

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and kitchen teams to ensure every detail on the event order is executed

  • Assign and supervise tasks for event staff on the day of the event

  • Support the team hands-on and step in wherever needed to keep things flowing

  • Manage inventory, loading/unloading, and confirm all items are accounted for before and after events

  • Provide outstanding service to both guests and staff while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards

  • Send post-event reports and feedback to the team

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ At least 2 years of catering or event operations experience
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Great with people and thrives in team environments
✔️ Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
✔️ Comfortable making decisions under pressure
✔️ Able to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet for long hours
✔️ Familiar with standard banquet setups and FOH operations
✔️ Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and event software (e.g., Tripleseat a plus)
✔️ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Scheduling Info:

  • This is an event-based role with most events scheduled on Fridays and weekends. Once you pass the vetting process and are selected for events, your schedule and client details will be shared with you directly.
