What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations for hospitality, events, or venue-based teams

  • Lead and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff with clear expectations and support

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, and resource planning for maximum efficiency

  • Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints

  • Analyze performance data, financials, and feedback to optimize outcomes

  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

  • Jump in where needed—this is a hands-on leadership role!

What We’re Looking For:
