What You Will Do
Screen, source, and communicate with applicants
Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring managers
Relay offers and hiring decisions with professionalism and care
Conduct reference checks
Lead New Employee Orientation and help new hires feel welcomed from day one
Post and manage open roles across departments
Support additional HR responsibilities and grow into a well rounded HR professional
You will also support recruiting systems, onboarding processes, compliance tracking, and help bring creative ideas to rural healthcare recruiting efforts.

What You Will Bring
Interest in Human Resources or recruiting as a career path
Previous HR or recruiting experience is helpful but not required
Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
SHRM certification is a plus but not required
